Cognitive failures with β= 0/57, -0/06 & 0/27 effected on SS, CSE and PWB. Negative affect with β= -0/28, -0/34 & -0/11 effected on SS, CSE and PWB. Besides, coping self-efficacy effected on PWB with β=0/15 and social support effected on PWB with β= 0;57. (NFI= 0/95, TLI= 0/95, CFI= 0/96, RFI= 0/94, IFI= 0/96 and SRMR= 0/07). Conclusion These findings highlight the importance of coping self-efficacy and social support in improvement of psychological well-being and consequently prevention of adverse outcomes due to cognitive failures in the elderly.
